📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Contact debtors to negotiate settlements and recover outstanding amounts.
- Utilize CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot to track and manage collections.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on collections progress and performance metrics.
- Adhere to strict compliance guidelines and financial regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service to debtors, maintaining a professional and empathetic approach.
- Collaborate with the collections team to achieve daily and monthly targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in debt recovery.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound collections or related roles.
- Proven track record of achieving high recovery rates and meeting performance targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.

- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with Indonesian financial services and debt recovery practices.
