📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the logistics team, ensuring that all shipments are handled efficiently and on time.
• Coordinate and execute logistics plans, working closely with the team in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
• Manage inventory, ensuring that all items are accounted for and that stock levels are maintained.
• Ensure that our clients' needs are met with the highest level of service, working closely with the sales and customer service teams.
• Assist with the development and implementation of new logistics and operational processes, ensuring that they are efficient and effective.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Work closely with suppliers and vendors, ensuring that all shipments are received and processed in a timely manner.
• Assist with the organization and coordination of events and activities, ensuring that all logistics needs are met.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a logistics or operations support role, preferably in the tourism and hospitality industry.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using logistics and inventory management software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work well in a team and to take initiative.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to drive a company vehicle.
