📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and maintain accurate 3D models and 2D construction drawings using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure design integrity.
• Generate clash detection reports to identify and resolve design conflicts.
• Prepare construction documentation, including schedules and material takeoffs.
• Stay updated with the latest industry standards and software updates.
• Participate in project meetings and provide technical support as needed.
• Ensure all drawings and models comply with relevant codes and standards.
• Provide technical assistance to junior staff and interns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in BIM drafting, with a focus on M&E systems.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, with experience in creating and managing BIM models.
• Understanding of building codes, standards, and regulations.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
