📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize outbound logistics and port operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of coal to customers.
• Oversee the loading, unloading, and transportation of coal from the mining site to the port and beyond.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of coal.
• Monitor and maintain the safety and security of the port and logistics facilities.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including environmental and safety regulations.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the outbound and port operations team.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in outbound logistics and port operations, preferably in the coal mining industry.
• Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools, such as SAP, JDA, or similar.
• Certification in logistics and supply chain management is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations in the coal mining industry.
