📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain vendor relationships for interior design materials.
• Track and update inventory levels using ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
• Process and manage purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery of materials.
• Coordinate with suppliers to negotiate prices and terms.
• Monitor and report on procurement spending and trends.
• Assist in the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
• Provide administrative support to the procurement team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative or procurement roles, preferably in the interior design industry.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
• Experience with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
