As a Civic Growth Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans that enhance the quality of life for residents. Your daily tasks will include coordinating with local governments, NGOs, and private sector partners to implement programs that promote education, healthcare, infrastructure, and economic opportunities. Utilizing tools like ArcGIS and Tableau, you will analyze data to identify trends and opportunities, ensuring that your strategies are data-driven and effective.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic plans for community and economic development in Bangka Belitung.
• Coordinate with local governments, NGOs, and private sector partners to execute development programs.
• Conduct data analysis using ArcGIS and Tableau to identify trends and opportunities.
• Foster public-private partnerships to drive sustainable growth initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of development programs to ensure effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align development strategies with organizational goals.
• Represent the organization in community forums and stakeholder meetings.
• Stay updated on regional and national development trends to inform strategic planning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Urban Planning, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in community and economic development, preferably in a regional or national context.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful development programs.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using ArcGIS and Tableau.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Indonesian government policies and procedures.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
