📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and manage detailed tour itineraries, including accommodations, transportation, and activities.
• Coordinate with vendors, tour guides, and local partners to ensure seamless tour operations.
• Handle client inquiries, bookings, and reservations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Monitor tour schedules and make adjustments as needed to accommodate client preferences and local conditions.
• Manage tour documentation, including contracts, itineraries, and client communications.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote tour packages and special offers.
• Conduct regular reviews of tour operations to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in tour administration or a similar role in the travel industry.
• Proficient in using travel management software such as Amadeus, Sabre, or similar systems.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
