As a Merchant Acquisition Executive at PAWGET, you'll be at the heart of our sales efforts, working closely with our team to acquire new merchants and expand our reach. You'll develop and implement strategies to attract and onboard new pet businesses, ensuring they meet our high standards for quality and service. Daily, you'll engage with potential merchants, understand their needs, and tailor solutions to help them succeed. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building relationships, driving growth, and making a real impact in the pet industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new pet businesses as merchants on our platform.
• Conduct market research to identify and target potential merchants in Bali.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with pet owners and businesses.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new merchants.
• Track and analyze sales performance to identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our platform and attract new merchants.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in the pet business.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Knowledge of the pet industry and e-commerce platforms.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
