📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract potential investors and secure funding.
• Manage investor relations, including maintaining communication, reporting, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely reporting of funding activities.
• Conduct market research to identify new funding opportunities and trends in the financial sector.
• Create and distribute marketing materials, including presentations, reports, and newsletters, to potential investors.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of funding campaigns, providing regular reports to senior management.
• Assist in the preparation of funding proposals and pitch decks for potential investors.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in investor relations and marketing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, investor relations, or a similar role in the financial sector.
• Strong understanding of financial products and services offered by BPRs.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with investors and stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with a strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
