📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Provide excellent customer service by resolving customer inquiries and issues promptly.
• Use CRM systems and other customer service tools to manage customer interactions efficiently.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and their satisfaction is maintained.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data protection and confidentiality.
