As an IT ERP / Odoo Specialist at PT Baria Bulk Terminal, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end implementation of Odoo ERP, from initial setup to user training. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Odoo with our existing systems, enhancing our operational efficiency. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead the implementation and integration of Odoo ERP systems across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Finance.
Customize and configure Odoo modules to meet the specific needs of PT Baria Bulk Terminal.
Conduct data migration and ensure data integrity throughout the implementation process.
Train end-users on Odoo ERP, providing comprehensive support and documentation.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Odoo with existing systems.
Stay updated with the latest developments in Odoo ERP and industry best practices.
Provide regular reports on the progress of the Odoo implementation project.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in ERP implementation, with a focus on Odoo.
Certification in Odoo ERP (Odoo Certified Developer or Odoo Functional Consultant) is a plus.
Strong knowledge of Odoo modules and their customization.
Experience with data migration and integration.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Familiarity with manufacturing, supply chain, and finance processes.
