• Bachelor's degree in Community Development, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in community engagement and development.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing community networks.
• Strong understanding of local community dynamics and needs in Malang, Jawa Timur.
• Proficiency in using Hootsuite and Canva for content creation and management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
