📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Managing and supervising a team of employees, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Developing and implementing training programs to improve the skills and knowledge of your team.
  • Ensuring that all team members are aware of and comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Monitoring and evaluating team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
  • Resolving any conflicts or issues that arise within the team, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
  • Working closely with other departments to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Attending and participating in team meetings and company events as required.
  • Ensuring that all health and safety regulations are followed within the team.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar leadership role.
  • A proven track record of success in managing and supervising a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • A degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Experience in a similar industry is a plus.
  • Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is required.
  • The ability to travel as needed.
