📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store operations including inventory, sales, and customer service.,Ensure accurate and timely record-keeping of transactions and store activities.,Oversee the stock levels, ordering, and replenishment of inventory.,Train and supervise junior staff to maintain high standards of service.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless store operations.,Monitor store performance metrics and report on key indicators.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar administrative or retail role.,Proven track record of managing store operations and inventory.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Experience in a fast-paced retail environment is a plus.
