📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and oversee daily pharmacy operations, including stock control and inventory management.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines related to pharmacy practice.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to guests regarding their medication needs.
  • Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely medication dispensing.
  • Monitor and maintain the quality and safety of pharmaceutical products.
  • Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high standards of service and knowledge.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Participate in continuous professional development and stay updated with the latest advancements in pharmacy practice.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.
  • Valid pharmacy license and certification.
  • Experience with pharmacy management software is a plus.
