📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.,Coordinate with team members to plan, schedule, and monitor production activities.,Maintain and improve production processes to enhance productivity and reduce waste.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.,Monitor inventory levels and order raw materials as needed.,Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to maintain product standards.,Manage and mentor production team members to ensure high performance.,Report production progress and issues to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in production supervision or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of production management principles and practices.,Experience in the tea industry is a plus.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with quality control and safety regulations.,Proficiency in using production management software.
