YIELD Indonesia is seeking a dedicated and experienced Procurement Staff to join our team in Dili. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our procurement processes, ensuring we source high-quality materials and services at competitive prices. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from request to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and reliability.,Negotiate contracts and prices with suppliers to secure the best deals.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.,Conduct regular supplier evaluations and performance reviews.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.,Strong negotiation and communication skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with procurement software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and Tetun is preferred but not mandatory.,Valid driver's license and ability to travel is a plus.
