📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Leading the sales team and setting sales targets and goals.
  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies and plans.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and customers.
  • Conducting market research and analyzing sales data to identify opportunities and trends.
  • Training and mentoring sales team members to improve performance and skills.
  • Monitoring and reporting on sales performance and progress towards targets.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales goals are met and exceeded.
  • Representing the company at industry events and conferences.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the beverage industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in using sales software and tools.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English.
  • Ability to travel for business purposes.
