Apotek Anggi Spareparts is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Internal Auditor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations. You will work closely with various departments to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with limited experience in internal auditing to gain valuable experience in a dynamic and growing company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with company policies and procedures.,Identifying areas of improvement and recommending corrective actions to address any issues identified during the audit process.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal audit plans and procedures.,Collaborating with various departments to gather information and evidence for audits.,Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Providing guidance and support to other departments on internal control and compliance matters.,Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of internal controls.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in internal auditing or a related field (fresh graduates with relevant coursework and internship experience will be considered).,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and internal control frameworks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
