Your responsibilities will include assisting the Head Chef, preparing ingredients, and maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and standards.,Prepare and organize ingredients and supplies for daily cooking operations.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including cleaning and sanitizing work areas.,Assist in inventory management and restocking kitchen supplies as needed.,Follow food safety and hygiene regulations to ensure compliance with health standards.,Work efficiently and effectively as part of a team to meet production targets.,Assist in training and mentoring new kitchen staff members.,Participate in kitchen meetings and follow the established kitchen procedures and protocols.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in a similar role.,Basic knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen safety procedures.,Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.,Good communication skills in both English and Indonesian.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.,Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and tools.,High school diploma or equivalent.
