Salon Umar Bakso is looking for a Captain to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our salon. As a Captain, you will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining high standards of service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is an urgent position, so we need someone who can start immediately.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the salon team to ensure high standards of service.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation.,Maintain a clean and organized salon environment.,Ensure all staff are trained and up-to-date with salon procedures.,Handle customer complaints and ensure their satisfaction.,Monitor and report on salon performance metrics.,Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed.,Plan and organize salon events and promotions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in a salon or related industry.,Proven track record of managing a team and ensuring high standards of service.,Strong communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with salon software and tools.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the salon industry.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certifications or training in salon management are a plus.
