📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and other products,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and ensure accuracy of documentation,Create user manuals, quick start guides, and other instructional materials,Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity, consistency, and correctness,Work with graphic designers and developers to ensure that technical documentation is visually appealing and user-friendly,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, Computer Science, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of software and hardware products,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Proficiency in technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, or similar,Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines,Strong organizational and time management skills
