In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Security Operations Center, ensuring the protection of our organization's critical assets and information. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Security Operations Center, including monitoring, detecting, and responding to security incidents.,Lead and mentor a team of cybersecurity professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success and professional development.,Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and best practices to protect the organization's critical assets and information.,Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability scans to identify and mitigate potential risks.,Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive and integrated approach to cybersecurity.,Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies, and apply this knowledge to improve our organization's security posture.,Report to senior management on the status of security operations, including any incidents or vulnerabilities that may require attention.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on SOC operations.,Proven track record of successfully leading and managing a team of cybersecurity professionals.,Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices, policies, and procedures.,Experience with security information and event management (SIEM) tools and technologies.,Knowledge of incident response and investigation techniques and methodologies.,Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are a plus.,Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
