We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Site HR Lead to join our team at Terra Solar Philippines. In this role, you will be responsible for managing HR operations at our renewable energy projects across Bali. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and a passion for sustainable energy. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR activities at the project site, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.,Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company HR policies.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide coaching and development support.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts, ensuring a positive work environment.,Coordinate with the head office HR team to ensure consistency in HR practices.,Organize and lead HR training sessions for employees.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in English, both written and spoken.,Experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus.,Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
