📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting sales activities to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and clients.,Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints effectively.,Promoting products and services to increase brand awareness and sales.,Analyzing sales data and providing insights to improve sales strategies.,Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement sales promotions.,Training and mentoring junior sales staff to ensure high performance standards.,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and sales tools is a plus.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
