📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.,Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen potential candidates, conducting initial interviews and assessments.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure alignment with company needs.,Maintain a strong network of industry contacts and leverage these connections to find qualified candidates.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the hiring process.,Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record in leading recruitment efforts.,Strong understanding of the local labor market and ability to source and attract top talent.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.,Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
