As an Account Executive, you'll be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling bank statements, and preparing financial reports. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee daily income audits for luxury properties in Bali.
- Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to management.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accurate financial records.
- Support accounting processes including invoicing, payments, and budgeting.
- Collaborate with property managers and revenue managers to ensure financial integrity.
- Assist in the implementation of accounting software such as SAP and Oracle.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to enhance revenue and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulations.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in luxury hospitality finance.
- Certification in accounting software such as SAP or Oracle.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting and analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in a luxury or high-end hospitality environment is a plus.
